Dr. Nichole DeLaPlante, DO
Board Certified Family Practice
Dr. Nichole DeLaPlante has particular interests in adolescent, sports and, alternative medicine. She graduated from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York in 2007 and completed her residency training at University of Utah Healthcare in Salt Lake City. Dr. DeLaPlante joined Lone Peak Primary Care in August 2010.
Dr. Anne Dubosky, DO
Board Certified Family Practice
Dr. Anne Dubosky is a board-certified family practitioner with special interests in preventative medicine and women’s health. She is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a three-year training program in family practice at Somerset Hospital in New Jersey. With 20 years of experience, Dr. Dubosky has practiced in Washington, New Jersey, and Utah. A native of Pennsylvania, Dr. Dubosky enjoys living in Utah with her husband and son. She enjoys gardening, cycling, skiing and spending time with her family.

Mr. Torson has been involved in the health and wellness industry for the past decade. He has worked for and managed some of the most well respected fitness organizations in Utah. His business sense, attention to detail and passion for health and fitness shows not only through is extensive background and knowledge in the related field, but more through his experiences of having dealt with similar struggles in his own life. He has helped thousands of individuals to propel themselves to live a more positive and healthy lifestyle for good. Austan is truly an inspiration to many and enjoys educating, and coaching people to become self-motivated and excited to overcome their individual goals and dreams. He enjoys spending his time with his beautiful wife and daughter and also enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including: hiking, snowmobiling, trail running, water sports, snowboarding just to name a few and lastly you will rarely catch him without a smile on his face. He simply enjoys helping people and wants everyone to feel life is worth living for every waking moment.

Mrs. Eve Torson has loved and lived a life of health and fitness for over 16 years. There are very few classes she has not taught nor fitness equipment she has not utilized to help her clients love and find a passion for fitness. She has filled gymnasiums for boot camp series, taught motivating and creative fitness classes, teaches motivational lectures on topics ranging from Balanced Eating to Self-Motivation and takes special interest in inspiring and influencing each guests that crosses her path. She has changed hundreds and hundreds of lives (as a highly sought after Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor) and is dedicated to doing so until everyone she touches knows that they can do and accomplish whatever they want if they just put their mind to it. Recently, she gave birth to a beautiful baby girl and has found an even greater urgency and commitment to help mothers find the strength and motivation to get healthy once and for all. Health and Fitness truly is a journey and there is no better place to begin this journey than here at our amazing camp with so many astounding employees.

Serena has such a deep seeded desire to help others achieve their fitness goals that she works tirelessly to make sure that no stone goes unturned when dealing with client obstacles and will move mountains to create a healthy environment for change. She is gifted at helping clients create and conquer specific goals that improve their chances for success when returning home. She has participated in various sports such as track/cross-country, soccer, dance, and rowing. Serena loves making the program fun, and her enthusiastic attitude helps to uplift and motivate those around her. She enjoys teaching Aqua Aerobics, Boot Camps, Circuit Training and Hikes.

As a dancer for much of her life, Jamyn, knows how essential nutritious, clean eating and an active life can change a person’s life forever. Her zest and exuberance for fitness crosses over to every guest that comes to our camp. She is skilled at queuing in on an individual’s sticking point and absolutely loves helping people overcome the critic from within. She received numerous awards including, Junior Miss Fitness, Junior Miss Poise, and the NDA All American Dancer Award. Jamyn feels her purpose is to influence others to find the motivation from within to live a fit, healthy and happy life for good. She enjoys teaching kickboxing, hip hop cardio, Pilates, cardio ballet, and boot camps.
Elena Rocco

Nutrition and fitness are Elena’s passions and she actively incorporates them in her daily life. She has been inspiring and motivating people towards total body health for over 7 years. Elena feels education is a vital key component for a successful exercise and nutrition program and with that she communicates the importance of exercise technique, lifestyle choices, and healthy eating into all we do here. Elena finds that running a tight ship helps the clients stay focused on their goals and see greater success when they return home. She loves to cook and enjoys sharing nutritious recipes she creates. An avid rock climber and skier, Elena, lets the outdoors inspire her. Her favorite workouts are the ones created outside utilizing natural surroundings and wide, open space.
Sara Bradford
Massaged Therapist

Sara has a natural gift for being a massage therapist with a strong desire to help people. In 2004 she graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy, where she earned her certificate and was licensed in Utah and Nationally Certified in Master Bodyworks. Following licensure, she worked as the assistant to the chiropractor for the Utah Jazz. She has also worked at a fitness center, where she worked personally as the massage therapist to the personal trainers. Sara has worked with the Utah Live-In Fitness Camp since 2010.
Continuing education courses have enabled her to offer the most up to date and beneficial techniques in therapeutic bodywork. With over 6,000 hours of Massage Bodywork done over the past 7 years, Sara uses the technique of integrating various modalities such as, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, acupressure, cranial sacral therapy, and reflexology. Sessions are tailored to the client’s individual needs with the intention of promoting ongoing wellness. Her goal is to create a safe, relaxed, comfortable environment for self-healing through positive touch.
Sara’s hobbies include spending time with her growing family, camping, outdoor recreation, water play and music. She is currently mentoring two massage students.

Rebecka Chapple

Becka has a real passion for making food that taste more delicious and nutritious in its original form. She likes to cook seasonally and looks forward to a new seasons ingredients.
Becka has worked in the food industry for the past 12 years. Her most memorable job was working as a multi-day river guide and ‘food head’ on the Salmon River in Idaho.
Becka most enjoys her fitness in the great outdoors: Skiing in all forms, river running, mountain biking, hiking, gardening and is up for most any adventure.
The best part of her job is witnessing the transformation of taste buds! It’s the greatest when guests enjoy foods they thought they didn’t like and suddenly find the produce aisle delicious
